600-750 TPH Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant is produced with Vibrating Feeding Bunker, Wobbler Feeder, Primary Impact Crusher, Secondary Impact Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Bypass Screen, Feedback Conveyor Belts and Control Cabinet equipment.

Vibrating Feeding Bunker

FABO vibrating feeder bunkers serve their users with a capacity of 50 m3 in a stone crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 600-750 T/S.

Thanks to its vibrating structure, it quickly sends the products loaded into the bunker towards the crusher. It has a long service life thanks to its durable body structure and A1 Quality steel springs, which are the biggest factor in vibration.

The vibrating feeding hopper, designed as user-friendly by FABO engineers, is specially designed to quickly direct the products to be crushed and screened to the crusher.

Wobbler Feeder

The Wobbler Feeder is the system in charge of separating the unwanted materials such as sand and mud in the products coming from the feeding bunker and throwing them out of the facility by bypass.

The Wobbler Feeder separates the dirty materials with the sequential discs moving in the forward direction.

In-line discs have an automatic lubrication system.

Primary Impact Crusher

FABO primary impact crushers are designed to crush soft and medium hard stones with high rotor speed.

With the help of high-speed rotating rotor breaking bars, the products poured from the feeder are crushed with the help of impact bars. Hydraulically adjustable rods allow the products to be obtained in the desired size.

The inner body of the crusher is protected with Linings. Linings prevent wear of the primary impact crusher body and offer a long service life. The protection linings, which are fixed to the crusher body with bolts, can be easily changed by a personnel.

High Stroke Vibrating Horizontal Screen

The vibrating horizontal screen passes the crushed materials in the primary impact crusher through the screening process and transfers the products in the desired dimensions to the stock area or the secondary impact crusher.

It gains the ability to vibrate with durable steel springs. Durable, long service life and low maintenance costs.

Secondary Impact Crusher

It breaks the products by hitting the pendulum with the rotor arms. It continues until the size specified in the automation system is achieved.

The secondary impact crusher, which is reinforced with high alloy chromium and bolted linings to prevent corrosion, serves its users for many years.

Maintenance:

Ease of maintenance and adjustment is one of the most important advantages of this type of breakers. The hydraulic body opening system, external adjustment of the crusher plates, easy pallet and lining replacement enable this type of crusher to be used easily in construction site conditions.

The bunker

Stock Bunkers are the section where the products crushed and separated in the fixed crushing and screening plant are stocked. The products, which are brought to the size desired by the user with crushers and separated by vibrating sieves, are discharged to the stock bunker with stock belts.

When the user wants to take the stocked products, bunker covers opens hydraulically with the help of the remote control with the help of the remote control and allows the product to be unloaded into the tractor.

Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher

The vertical shaft crusher, which provides comfort during maintenance and cleaning thanks to its hydraulic feature, is effective in turning medium-sized materials of any hardness into sand or gravel. These crushers, which are used in a wide area, allow the materials to be crushed by hitting each other with high acceleration.

The bunker positioned on the vertical shaft impact crusher with a size of 20 m3 is fed with conveyor belt. It transfers the products to the cone crusher with its outlet mouth inclination and vibrating structure.

Stock and Return Bands

Fabo folding type feeding, feedback, stock conveyor belts are the vehicles that send the right product to the crusher and the stock area according to the product’s recipe after separeting through the vibrating screen.

With its foldable structure, it minimizes the dimensions of the machine it is on. Optionally, the number and length of tapes can be increased upon the request of the user.

10 mm EP 125 4-ply Band elastics, moving on 4mm st 37 Twisted Sheet, perfectly transport the aggregate coming out of the sieve to the area desired by the user in the most efficient way. The band tires, which are produced resistant to wear, will never let you down and offer a long service life.

Control Cabinet

It is the section where the dimensions of the products crushed by our crushers, in which the fixed crushing and screening plant is operated, the movement of the stock bands are provided, and the vibration speed of the vibrating screens and vibrating bunkers are adjusted All these processes are carried out in a cabin with the automation system developed by FABO Engineers.

Electric board

The system is responsible for transmitting the electrical energy required for the operation of the Stationary Crushing Screening Plant. It provides electricity distribution at different voltages to all equipment on the facility and ensures that all equipment operates at a voltage suitable for their specifications. There are different switches for each equipment on the electrical panel. In this way, in case of an emergency, the electrical current is terminated in the equipment that needs to be cut off.

The electrical panel designed by FABO engineers works flawlessly in all climatic conditions. A special cooling system has been used to prevent the electrical panel from heating up due to the increasing air temperatures especially in summer. In this way, the temperature of the electrical panel is kept at a minimum level
