The screw washer is produced to wash products of 0-5 mm size in fixed and mobile crushing and screening facilities.
It gains mobility with two motors. It carries out the washing process with helical pipes rotating in opposite directions.

Helical shafts driven by 2 2×5.5 kW motors provide optimum washing capacity.
Thanks to the helical pipes, the sand, which starts from the bottom and moves upwards, transfers the water used in washing in the opposite direction with the degree of inclination of the washer and pre-dewaters it.
It is protected against wear and tear that occurs over time with the coating formed from the combination of rubber and rubber material on the helix pipes.
