MCC-200 Mobile Cone Crusher is produced on a single chassis including the feeding bunker, cone crusher, vibrating screen and stock conveyor belts.
The material transferred from the bunker to the Cone Crusher are crushed and sent to the vibrating screen. The product brought to the desired size in the crusher is separated by a vibrating screen and sent to the stock area. Vibrating Feeder Bunker
It has been developed by our Engineers as a User-Oriented Crusher, Positioned on the FABO Vibrating Feeder Bunkers, to operate with high level efficiency.
The vibration speed of the Fabo Vibrating Feeder Bunkers, which are easily guided by the Automation System, can be adjusted manually. This feature prevents the bunker from wearing out and provides the user with longer and more efficient use.
It is adjusted according to the weight of the product loaded on it, and it vibrates less in light loads and more in heavy loads, thus reducing energy and maintenance costs.

Cone Crusher
Cone crushers is the crusher that is used in MCC-200 Cone Crushing and Screening Plant furthermore it can easily crush hard stones. The products poured from the feeders are crushed in the cone crusher and sent to the vibrating screen and after that the crushing process ends.

The power transferred from the rotor to the gear shaft is sent to the hub with gears. Thanks to the core and concave inside the crusher, it crushes the stones into pieces.
