MCK-110 Mobile Hard Stone Crushing and Screening Plant

MCK-110 Mobile Hard Stone Crushing and Screening Plant is produced in 2 chassis. The double-chassis system provides maximum production capacity and keeps maintenance costs at a minimum with its easy maintenance feature.

Working Type:

Step 1. Crushing the Product in the Jaw Crusher: The Product is Loaded into the Rock Feeding Bunker. The material transported to the Jaw Crusher with the bunker is crushed in the crusher and sent to the 2nd Chassis with conveyor belts.

2nd Step Fragmentation and Screening of the Product in the Secondary Impact Crusher:

The products crushed in the jaw crusher are transferred to the Secondary Impact Crusher, the 2nd stage of the crushing begins here. The product, which is crushed by the Secondary Impact Crusher, is sent to the vibrating screen with the help of belts. Products that reach the desired size are discharged with stock bands.

Secondary Impact Crusher

Secondary Impact Crusher used after Jaw Crusher in MCK-110 Mobile Hard Stone Crushing and Screening Plant is the last stop of the crushing process. Here, the broken products are sent to the vibrating screen.

It breaks the products by hitting the pendulum with the rotor arms. It continues until the size specified in the automation system is achieved.
