500 TPH Stationary Crushing Screening & Washing Plant has one bidirectional feeding bunker (can be used as feedin, Primary Impact Crusher, Secondary Impact Crusher, Tertiary Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Stock and Feedback Conveyor Belts and Control Cabinet equipment. Vibrating Feeding Bunker

FABO vibrating feeding bunkers serve their users with a capacity of 55m3 in a stone crushing and screening plants with a capacity of 450-600 tons per hour. Thanks to its vibrating structure, it quickly sends the material loaded into the bunker towards the crusher. It has a long service life thanks to its durable body structure and A1 Quality steel springs, which are the biggest factor in the vibrating process. The vibrating feeding bunker, designed as user-friendly by FABO engineers, is specially designed to quickly direct the materials to be crushed to the crusher.

Primary Impact Crusher

FABO primary impact crushers are designed to crush soft and medium hard stones with high rotor speed.

With the help of high-speed rotating rotor breaking bars, the products poured from the feeder are crushed with the help of pallets. Hydraulically adjustable rods allow the products to be obtained in the desired size.

Liners and pallets prevent wear of the FABO primary impact crusher and offer a long service life. Protective linings can be easily replaced. And the service life can be increased by changing the direction of the pallets.

Secondary Impact Crusher

It breaks the products by hitting the pendulum with the rotor arms. It continues until the size specified in the automation system is achieved.

The secondary impact crusher, which is reinforced with high alloy chromium and bolted linings to prevent corrosion, serves its users for many years.

Maintenance:

Ease of maintenance and adjustment is one of the most important advantages of this type of breakers. The hydraulic body opening system, external adjustment of the crusher plates, easy pallet and lining replacement enable this type of crusher to be used easily in construction site conditions.

Tertiary Impact Crusher

which can be opened thanks to 2 hydraulic pistons, provides convenience for maintenance and spare part replacement.

Product is discharged to the tertiary crusher with conveyor belts. The products falling into the Tertiary Crusher crush the material by hitting the upper bars of the crusher with the rotor arms rotating at high speed. This process continues until 0-5 mm of product is obtained. When the crushing process is finished, the material is sent to the vibrating screen.

The main factor in product crushing is the rotor and crushing hammers. Fabo engineers did not ignore this important factor and carried out important studies for rotor robustness. Fabo enabled the rotor to work in both directions only for the reason to minimize the wear on the hammers. Rotor rotation speed, opening of crushing hammers can be controlled by the automation system. The rotor, which is described as the heart of the Tertiary Crusher, reaches a speed of 750-1100 rpm. With its high speed capacity, it shreds the loaded product as soon as possible.

FABO vibrating screens are screens with superior vibrating features that are responsible for separating the products crushed in the crushers and sending them to the stock area.

Vibrating screens, which gain the ability to vibrate thanks to the 2 shafts and durable steel springs on it, minimize the use of manpower by the easy assembly and disassembly of the screen meshes of different sizes.

Bypass Vibrating Screen

Bypass screens are activated when products are bypassed without crushing, and it separates products in two different sizes thanks to its two-layer structure. Firstly, it sends the products bypassed on the bypass grid, which is positioned on the bunker before the crusher, to the stock area in the size desired by the user, and in this way, the first product is obtained and a clean product free from mud and dust is sent into the plant. Thereby increases the quality of the final product.

Stock and Return Bands

Fabo folding type feeding, feedback, stock conveyor belts are the vehicles that send the right product to the crusher and the stock area according to the product’s recipe after separeting through the vibrating screen.

With its foldable structure, it minimizes the dimensions of the machine it is on. Optionally, the number and length of tapes can be increased upon the request of the user.

10 mm EP 125 4-ply Band elastics, moving on 4mm st 37 Twisted Sheet, perfectly transport the aggregate coming out of the sieve to the area desired by the user in the most efficient way. The band tires, which are produced resistant to wear, will never let you down and offer a long service life.

Control Cabinet

It is the section where the dimensions of the products crushed by our crushers, in which the fixed crushing and screening plant is operated, the movement of the stock bands are provided, and the vibration speed of the vibrating screens and vibrating bunkers are adjusted All these processes are carried out in a cabin with the automation system developed by FABO Engineers.

Electric board

The system is responsible for transmitting the electrical energy required for the operation of the Stationary Crushing Screening Plant. It provides electricity distribution at different voltages to all equipment on the facility and ensures that all equipment operates at a voltage suitable for their specifications. There are different switches for each equipment on the electrical panel. In this way, in case of an emergency, the electrical current is terminated in the equipment that needs to be cut off.

The electrical panel designed by FABO engineers works flawlessly in all climatic conditions. A special cooling system has been used to prevent the electrical panel from heating up due to the increasing air temperatures especially in summer. In this way, the temperature of the electrical panel is kept at a minimum level
