Screw Washer
The Screw Washer washes and dries thick products like 0-5 mm in stationary and mobile crushing and screening plants. The characteristics of FABO Screw Washer, which are produced in the most ideal way for washing sand, are as follows;
• The washing process begins by rotating 2 spiral shafts that move in opposite directions.
• Spiral shafts move in 2 pieces with 22 kW motors and provide optimal washing capacity.
• The sand, which starts from the bottom and moves upwards thanks to the spiral shafts, transmits the water used for washing in the opposite direction to the degree of inclination of the washing machine and subjects it to the previous drainage process.
• Spiral shafts are protected from wear by a coating made of a combination of rubber material.
Motor
Motors are the main element that drives spiral shafts. Two motors are used, one for each helical shaft. The pulley system is used to reduce the rotation speed of specially designed motors to the required speed. The shaft from the Screw Washer acquires the ability to rotate at the desired speed and enables perfect washing.
The 22 kW motor power offers its customers self-confidence and a long service life.
