Helical Bucket Washer:

The carrying pocket covered with durable steel meshes carries the material between 03-07 mm and transfers it to the bucket section. The main element in separating the foreign materials in the product is the carrying pockets.

Helical Shaft

It is the shaft in charge that ensures of carrying the product to be washed from the entrance to the washing pocket.

Washing Pocket

It is in charge of catching the 0-3;0-5;0-7 mm products washed with the helix shaft with the steel meshes in the pocket and sending them to the outlet.

Motor

Motors are the main element that makes the helical shaft move. The pulley system is used to reduce the rotation speed of the specially designed engine to the required rev. Gravel washer shafts gain the ability to rotate at the desired speed and provide perfect washing.

Outlet output:

It is the section where the materials washed with FABO bucket washers are evacuated and transferred to the stock area.
