Bidirection Stock and Feeding Bunker

Bidirectional stock bunker with its 30 m3 volume, it is a special bunker that can be used as a feeding bunker or as a stock bunker when desired. With the conveyor belt system at the bottom of the bunker, the products can move from the stock section to the feeding bunker.

Cone Crusher

Cone crusher is our crusher that turns hard stones into gravel and sand in the 500 TPH Stationary Crushing Screening & Washing plant. It transfers the movement energy it receives from the engine to the bell part with the help of wheels and shafts. With the movement of the bell part, it begins to crush the stones.

Cone Crusher Feeding Bunker

The bunker positioned on the cone crusher with a size of 20 m3 is fed with conveyor belt. It transfers the products to the cone crusher with its outlet mouth inclination and vibrating structure.

Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher

The vertical shaft crusher, which provides comfort during maintenance and cleaning thanks to its hydraulic feature, is effective in turning medium-sized materials of any hardness into sand or gravel. These crushers, which are used in a wide area, allow the materials to be crushed by hitting each other with high acceleration.

Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher Feeding Bunker

The bunker positioned on the vertical shaft impact crusher with a size of 20 m3 is fed with conveyor belt. It transfers the products to the cone crusher with its outlet mouth inclination and vibrating structure.

Polyurethane Vibrating Horizontal Screen

Polyurethane Vibrating Screen is produced by FABO and it is the equipment in charge of separating the crushed products in the cone crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher in the 500 TPH stationary crushing screening & washing plant and directing them to the stock conveyor belts.

Vibrating horizontal screen, which is produced resistant to abrasion thanks to its polyurethane structure, offers our customers many years of service life with its maximum screening capacity, low maintenance cost and anti-corrosive polyurethane coated screen meshes that can be replaced in a minimum time.

Polyurethane vibrating horizontal screen is a product of quality, reliability and performance which has been produced by FABO for our customers who want to have a durable vibrating screen.

Working Principle of the Dewatering Screen

The main task of the dewatering unit is to clean and dry the washed sand in a short time. The principle of doing this operation is as follows;

• The washed sand is first sent over the curved polyurethane panels.
• The material is moved upwards in the direction of 5 degree inclination with two vibromotors installed.
• The water stays where it is as the material climbs up.
• Creates a pool here
• Thus, water and other organic components adhering to the sand are thrown out of the screen.
• Water is also sent to the system for further use.

In this way the sand passing through the screen becomes ready for use as dewatered.

Dewatering Screen Charachteristic Features

The main feature of the dewatering units is to discharge the average 20% water held by the sand, which is subjected to the washing process, from the sand by passing through certain processes. Otherwise, the purification of the water from the sand is a process that can take weeks. On the one hand, there may be a stock problem in the facility area that continues production.

The other features of the dewatering unit, which is an important part of the screening and washing system, are as follows;

• Discharges the water absorbed by the sand in a short time
• Allows the sand to be purified from organic materials
• Increases the purity of sand
• Allows to obtain better quality concrete
• Lowers the firm’s inventory cost
• Increases the strength of the resulting sand
• As a result of the process, slightly moist material comes out.

Stock and Return Bands

Fabo folding type feeding, feedback, stock conveyor belts are the vehicles that send the right product to the crusher and the stock area according to the product’s recipe after separeting through the vibrating screen.

With its foldable structure, it minimizes the dimensions of the machine it is on. Optionally, the number and length of tapes can be increased upon the request of the user.

10 mm EP 125 4-ply Band elastics, moving on 4mm st 37 Twisted Sheet, perfectly transport the aggregate coming out of the sieve to the area desired by the user in the most efficient way. The band tires, which are produced resistant to wear, will never let you down and offer a long service life.

Control Cabinet

It is the section where the dimensions of the products crushed by our crushers, in which the fixed crushing and screening plant is operated, the movement of the stock bands are provided, and the vibration speed of the vibrating screens and vibrating bunkers are adjusted All these processes are carried out in a cabin with the automation system developed by FABO Engineers.

Electric board

The system is responsible for transmitting the electrical energy required for the operation of the Stationary Crushing Screening Plant. It provides electricity distribution at different voltages to all equipment on the facility and ensures that all equipment operates at a voltage suitable for their specifications. There are different switches for each equipment on the electrical panel. In this way, in case of an emergency, the electrical current is terminated in the equipment that needs to be cut off.

The electrical panel designed by FABO engineers works flawlessly in all climatic conditions. A special cooling system has been used to prevent the electrical panel from heating up due to the increasing air temperatures especially in summer. In this way, the temperature of the electrical panel is kept at a minimum level
