FTS-15-60-3 Tracked Screening Plant
FTS-15-60-3 Tracked Screening Plant consists of a single chassis row with a unique combination of vibrating feeding hopper, vibrating screen, generator feeding and stock conveyors and control unit. It is the number one solution partner for FABO’s mobile screening plant screening process, where it provides maximum power with its tracked system, mobility, vibrating screen screening capacity and generator.

Vibrating Feeder Bunker
The FABO Vibrating Feeder Bunkers it has been developed by our engineers as user-oriented for the Tracked Screening Plant to operate with a high level of efficiency.
The vibration speed of the Fabo Vibrating Feeder Bunkers, which are easily guided by the Automation System, can be adjusted manually. This feature prevents the bunker from wearing out and provides the user with longer and more efficient use.
It is adjusted according to the weight of the product loaded on it, and it vibrates less in light loads and more in heavy loads, thus reducing energy and maintenance costs. A1 Quality Springs provide the vibration of the Bunker and they have been specially designed only for the reason to maintain the efficiency at a high level.
Vibrating Screen
FABO vibrating screens sift and separate the products thanks to the screen wire. There are 3 different screen sizes available.
When the desired dimensions are obtained, products are sent to the conveyor belts.
Thanks to the 2 bearings on it, FABO screens keep the load distribution at the optimum level and offer many years of service life. Thanks to 12 specially produced steel springs, it works in the most efficient way and provides maximum capacity.
Stock and Return Bands
With its foldable structure, it minimizes the dimensions of the machine it is on. Optionally, the number and length of tapes can be increased upon the request of the user.
10 mm EP 125 4-ply Band elastics, moving on 4mm st 37 Twisted Sheet, perfectly transport the aggregate coming out of the sieve to the area desired by the user in the most efficient way. The band tires, which are produced resistant to wear, will never let you down and offer a long service life.
Automatic Lubrication System (Optional)
The Automatic Lubrication System is the system in charge of sending the grease that is reduced during the use of the screening plant and that needs maintenance to the relevant part.
It provides perfect lubrication by evenly distributing the grease to all components of the Tracked Screener that need lubrication.
The automatic lubrication system provides great ease of maintenance and finishes the lubrication process in seconds without the need for manpower. It allows to use the Tracked screening plant in the most efficient way.
It uses the amount of oil in the most ideal way during lubrication and minimizes the maintenance cost of the user.
Automation System
FTS-15-60-3 Tracked Screening Plant is controlled by a full automation system. Thanks to the automation system panel on the machine, the working mode of the machine is adjusted. The operating principle of the machine can be easily adjusted according to the shape of the material loaded by the user into the vibrating bunker. Many features such as Bunker Vibration Speed can be adjusted with the automation system.
The automation system, created by Fabo engineers, has been put at the disposal of its users in its most up-to-date form, taking into account all the tests carried out from production to delivery of the machine.
It offers the opportunity to control the machine from anywhere in the world by using the remote connection feature with internet connection.
The automation system that allows you to use the Mobile Screening Plant in the most efficient way has been prepared with PLC and serves its users with the most advanced state of technology.
Generator
The entire energy supply of the FTS-15-60-3 Tracked Screening Plant is provided by the generator. The generator power and the energy consumption of the screening facility are calculated in harmony with each other and maximum energy time is provided in a single filling.
Tracked System
The basic element that enables the FTS-15-60-3 Tracked Screening Plant to move is the Crawler system. Crawlers bear the entire weight of the screen. FABO does not ignore the importance of the tracked system on the screening plant but has carried out various R&D studies and has revealed the tracked system that provides maximum durability, low maintenance cost and long-term service to its user in accordance with A1 Quality CE standards.
Shipping Method
FTS-15-60-3Tracked Screening Plant is transported on a lowbed with the help of a tow truck. It is moved by remote control and positioned on the lowbed without the need for manpower thanks to its crawlers.
