GEAR BOX
FABO Company with its 18 years of mechanical experience has created hard wearing and indestructible gearbox. The huge double horizontal design is strong and impact resistant. The lubrication system runs cold and provides optimum lubrication for each gear. In addition, an automatic lubrication system can be added upon request.
LINER PLATES
Cast or Ni-hard liners last longer and reduce maintenance costs due to their abrasion resistance. In addition, lining plates can be used inverted to further extend its usability. The strictly controlled manufacturing process ensures the best performance of the products and thanks to the blade adjustment system, the angle of the blades to the liner and base can be changed for perfect cleanliness.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Even in the largest mixer the covers have plenty of extra capacity for reliable operation. Thanks to the manual system, it allows the doors to be opened and closed immediately during dual use or power failure.
MIXING BLADES
Planetary mixers runs and completes the mixing process faster and provide quicker discharge. Casting is used against excessive wear in the mixer. The outer edges are thickened to equalize the wear and the angle of pour has been regulated to maximize both mixing and blade life.
